When I first started out as a coach, all I wanted to do was prove that I knew what I was talking about and I would do the most to prove that I was worthy of teaching what I know.

It didn’t take long before I started to see how transactional it was between me and my clients. They pay me and I give what I know.

That might have been okay for some people but for me, I knew that I was shorting myself on the value I can provide and I was robbing my clients of the impact that they deserve.
So I dared myself to do something different.

I started talking to people about the WHY of knowing what I know and doing what I do.
Sounds simple enough, right?
But it was deeper than that.
I had to pull out my vulnerabilities – the things that made me cry and doubt myself, the things that challenged me to go further than I was told I could go, the things that brought me joy and made me dance at 1 AM in my living room (which I find myself doing often!)
I shared this part of me with my clients and wherever else I could.
What started to happen was my clients started to see me in a whole new light and people started to REALLY listen to me.

My relationship with my clients went from transactional to impactful. My vulnerabilities challenged them to also reach deeper into themselves and pull out their story.
This is why while other coaches are writing books that flop because of their technicalities, my clients are excelling because they are writing books that speak to the heart and not to the head.

My clients are writing books that are also challenging their readers to do the hard work of pushing themselves beyond the limits society has placed upon them.
These are the type of books that get the attention of the major global platform you want to play on.
